OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA; ADOPTING FISCAL YEAR 1995/96 BUDGET, SETTING APPROPRIATION LIMITATION AND AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATIONS BY FUND THE CITY COUNCil. OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: I Section 1. To adopt Fiscal Year 1995/96 budget for the operation and capital improvements of the City of Seal Beach for Fiscal Year commencing July I, 1995 and ending June 30, 1996.
