Badum, Director of Public Works/City Engineer SUBJECT: Approval of Lot Line Adjustment - No. LL — 00 -01 SUMMARY OF REQUEST: The proposed City Council Action will adopt the attached Resolution approving Lot Line Adjustment for the purpose of adjusting internal boundaries of Lots 1 through 8, inclusive, of Tract 15767 also known as Old Town Ranch Center. DISCUSSION: The proposed Lot Line Adjustment was prepared and submitted by Incledon Kirk Engineers on behalf of Bixby Ranch Company, in order to adjust existing lot lines of Tract 15767. A copy of the Lot Line Adjustment with authorized signatures, parcel descriptions and exhibits are attached for City Council review. The lot line adjustment procedure is not a subdivision procedure and the proposed lot line revision is exempt from the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. Lot Line Adjustment is an administrative procedure and can be completed by adoption of the attached resolution. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that Council adopt the attached resolution approving the Lot Line Adjustments for Tract 15767, Lots 1 through 8 inclusive, Old Town Ranch Center, LL -00 -01 and authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer and the Director of Development Services to sign the Lot Line Adjustment. ephe .
