By motion of the City Council this is the time to: notify the public of any changes to the agenda
and/or rearrange the order of the agenda.

Proposed Resolution No. 4687 Recognizing and Honoring the Musso Family
Seal Beach Historical Society- Photo Contest
PUBLIC COMMENT:
At this time members of the public may address the Council regarding any items within the
subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council cannot
discuss or take action on any items not on the agenda unless authorized by law. Matters brought
before the Council that are not on the agenda, may at the Council's discretion, be referred to staff
and placed on a future agenda.
Those members of the public wishing to address the Council are asked to come forward to the
microphone and state their name for the record. All speakers will be limited to a period of five
(5) minutes. Any documents for Council review should be presented to the City Clerk for
distribution to Members of the Council.

E. Surfside Assessment District 94-1 and Street Lighting Maintenance District
No. 1 - Approve proposal by Willdan and Associates for continuing administration of
both special districts at a cost not to exceed $15,000 for FY 99/2000
F. Hold 2"d reading and approve Ordinance No. 1443 — An Ordinance amending
Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code relative to curfew regulations.
G. Professional Services Agreement — Authorize the City Manager to execute a
professional services agreement with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo for personnel
legal services.
H. Minutes of November 23, 1998 Regular Council Session - Approve by minute
order.
