not yet approved or paid. $2,159.56 was shown on the invoice dated January 7, 2019 and $1,969.44 was shown on the invoice dated January 9, 2019. Of these two amounts,
postage was included in the amounts of $569.56 and $415.44, respectively. The remaining amounts covered printing, mail preparation, and delivery to the Post Office.
