Subject: questions for 2-11-2019
Item B:
Check#9537 -ClientFirst Consulting Group -$975
Citywide FIS System/ Dec 2018
Is this for the new frequency needed for emergency services?
No. We hired ClientFirst to review the scope of the migration proposal from Springbrook(our financial software). The
purpose is to ensure that the proposal is in the best interest of the City and to ensure that the quote includes enough
support and training to ensure City staff is well trained on the new software.
Item E:
How much is the OCFA allocating extra each year to pay down the pension liability and what is the fiscal impact of this
for OCFA and for Seal Beach?
OCFA will address this during their presentation tonight.
Sincerely,
Tom
