HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Res 6908 2019-04-22RESOLUTION 6908 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF THE 2018/2019 ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL PROJECT ST1901 AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PROJECT THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: Section 1. The City accepts the completion of the 2018/2019 Annual Slurry Seal Project CIP ST1901 (the "Project ") by Mission Paving and Sealing, Inc. in the amount of $206,169.18 for the work performed. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a "Notice of Completion" for the Project with the Orange County Clerk- Recorder within ten (10) days of the date of this resolution and to release retention in 35 days after the filing of the Notice of Completion. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of April 2019 by the following vote: AYES: Council Members Kalmick, Massa - Lavitt, Moore, Sustarsic, Varipapa NOES: Council Members None ABSENT: Council Members None ABSTAIN: Council Members None `7� t"..
