Badum,Director of Public Works/City Engineer SUBJECT: Approval of Lot Line Adjustment- No. LL- 99-2 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: To adopt attached Resolution approving Lot Line adjustment for the purpose of adding approximately 0.014 AC to Parcel 1,Lot 34 of Surfside Colony, also known as B-34 Surfside. DISCUSSION: The proposed Lot Line adjustment was prepared and submitted by Jones, Cahl and Associates on behalf of Jayson M. and Amy Jo Duhn, in order to acquire 0.014 AC of property from Surfside Colony, LTD, Inc. through agreement. A copy of the Lot Line Adjustment authorized signatures and parcel descriptions with exhibits A&B are provided in Exhibit A. The lot line adjustment procedure is not a subdivision procedure and the proposed lot line revision is exempt from the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. Lot line adjustment is an administrative procedure and can be completed by adoption of the attached resolution. RECOMMENDATION With approval of the consent calendar, it is recommended that Council adopt the attached resolution approving the Lot Line adjustments for B-34 Surfside, LL-99-2 and authorize the City Engineer/Director of Public works and the Director of Development Services to sign the Lot Line adjustment. _ -ph- •7. adum/Director of Public Works NOTED P • 'PROVED: ,I Keith R.
