Page 3 Check#10574 $2,618.68 Just curious what playground equipment this was and has it been installed? Steps to the playground for both Almond and Edison Park. The work was completed. Page 5 Check#10580 $3,337.48 Please put better descriptions for these line items. I think this should be available to both the public and council members so we can see where legal expenses are going and this will improve transparency.This was done about a year ago with the same financial system,so we should be able to do this again. As discussed previously, staff will to the degree possible, include brief descriptions without disclosing any attorney/client privileged information. Page 6 Check#10589 $1,373.51 SB Comprehensive Park Mgmt.—what was this for? This was for the purchase of Merakai Wi-Fi extenders to improve the Wi-Fi coverage for the 8th and 10`h Street beach lots for the parking enforcement equipment. ITEM G: If 53K is the estimated cost including emergency repairs,why is the contract for$75K a year?Or about 20K over the recommended amount each year? Routine maintenance = $22,032/year Extraordinary/Emergency maintenance = $52,968/year (does not include routine). This is an estimate cost based on past year's unforeseen/emergency expenses. Total = $75,000/year ITEM J: What is the current schedule for this work to be completed? Mobilization to the site is scheduled for this Wednesday, May 15, and staff anticipates this work to be completed within two (2) weeks of mobilization. When will the HVAC be replaced-at the same time? The current plan is to replace the swamp cooler while the roof work is taking place.
