A RESOLUTION OF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING
APPOINTMENTS MADE BY THE MAYOR OF
REPRESENTATIVES TO VARIOUS BOARDS, AGENCIES
AND ORGANIZATIONS, ASSIGNING CERTAIN DUTIES
TO COUNCILMEMBERS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NUMBER 3944
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH HEREBY RESOLVES:
I
WHEREAS, the duly selected Mayor of the city of Seal Beach has
appointed various members of the City Council to be the
city's official representatives to various boards,
agencies and organizations requiring such
representation; and
WHEREAS, certain duties have been,assigned to certain
Councilmembers; and
WHEREAS, the City council is desirous of confirming such
appointments and assignments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:.
1. Frank Laszlo
As Mayor of the city of Seal Beach is the City's
representative to Sanitation District Number Three of
Orange County;

Joe Hunt
of, the City of Seal Beach is the City's alternate
representative to Sanitation District Number Three of
Orange County;

Edna wilson
is the City'S representative to the West Orange county
Water Board;
Joe Hunt - alternate representative to the West Orange
Marilyn Hastings & Joe Hunt County Water Board.
are appointed as members of the Council's Finance
Committee;
6. Gwen Forsyhte
is the City's representative to Southern California
Association of Governments;
1. Marilyn Hastings
is the City's alternate representative to Southern
California Association of Governments;

is the city's representative to Orange County Division,
League of California Cities;
