HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Res 4049 Not Adopted ATTACHMENT-LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL-91-1 WHEN RECORDED HAIL TO: CITY CLERK CITY HALL-211 9TH STREET SEAL BEACH, CA 90740 RESOLUTION NUMBER ~ II A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING THE LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT OF PARCELS 42, BLOCK 471 & 1, BLOCK 672 OF THE ACCESSOR'S HAP BOOK 178, PAGES 47 AND 67 OF ORANGE COUNTY WHEREAS, the triangular shaPed piece of land of Parcel 2 will be added to Parcell. This will permit Parcell to obtain and control an additional 0.3 acre of land; and WHEREAS, any land taken from one arcel will be added to an adjacent parcel and no additional parcels will result from the lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the project complies with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; and WHEREAS, the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the parcels proposed to be created by the lot line adjustment comply with all applicable zoning regulations; and WHEREAS, the lot line adjustment, in and of itself, will not I result in the need for additional improvements and/or facilities. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council OF ~he city of Seal Beach approve the lot line adjustment of Parcels 42, Block 471 and 1, Block 672 of the Accessor's Map Book 178, Pages 47 and 67 of Orange County, and authorizes the Director of Development Services and City Engineer to sign the Lot Line Adjustment.
