We are writing this letter to let you know that we are much in favor of the Verhulst proposed Bed and Breakfast units on 7th Street. We believe that the area would be greatly enhanced with the beautiful craftsman style homes. We believe that rezoning is not an issue because the conditional use permit limits its commercial use. Furthermore, the concern that the rezoning would bring in probation and drug rehab clients is nothing but a scare tactic since the current zoning in a residential area already permits up to 6 clients per dwelling. We hope you vote in favor of the Bed and Breakfast units. Sincerely, Louise and Norman Schutzberger P.S. It's also an inexpensive way for the city to bring in revenue. o 228 13th Street Seal Beach, CA 90740 12 March 2000 Shawn Boyd,Councilman City of Seal Beach 211 Eighth Street Seal Beach,Ca 90740 Dear Shawn: We have been residents of Old Town Seal Beach for 25 years and have watched the town grow and change.
