HomeMy WebLinkAboutSupplemental - Letter from Bob Luraschi .., 3 - March 13, 2000 Mayor Paul Yost and Seal Beach City Council 211 8th Street Seal Beach, CA 90740 Re: Support for Bed and Breakfast Dear Mayor Yost and City Council Members: Please read this letter into the record at tonight's City Council meeting. My mother grew up in the Krenwinkle House when it was located on Anaheim Landing in the 1920's and 1930's. After the home was moved, we then lived in the house on Central Avenue for over 40 years. My mother and I want to see the house preserved and incorporated into the Bed and Breakfast to be located on 7th Street across from the Raddison. The fact that the home will be sitting on a garage to accommodate parking is not an issue. There has been a lot of misinformation regarding this project and we ask you to please listen to the facts. The supporters of the project, which includes the City staff, know the facts. The opponents have distorted the issue and misrepresented the facts of the project. As the owners of the Krenwinkle House and as people who lived in this house for over 50 years, we ask you to please vote for the ZTA and the bed and breakfast and vote to preserve our City's character. This is a vote about integrity. I hope you all have it. Sincerely, -/5a Bob Luraschi
