A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 1623, CONCRETE CURBING
AND BRICK PAVERS INSTALLATION AT EISENHOWER PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1991, the city of Seal Beach entered into a
contract with JDC General Engineering
Contractor. to install curbing and brick
pavers at Eisenhower Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his approval of the final
quantities and cost figures.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach as follows:
Section 1.

That the work required to be performed by said
Contractor has been completed.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount
of $23,959.57.
That t~e work is hereby accepted and approved.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of
Acceptance", Exhibit "A", be filed on Behalf of the
City in the Office of the County of Orange within
lO days of the date of this resolution.
