Badum, Director of Public Works/City Engineer Subject: OCTA MASTER FUNDING AGREEMENT AMENDMENT No. 2, C95-991 SUMMARY OF REQUEST: The proposed action will amend the original Master Funding Agreement with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA)to replace Exhibit A with a revised list of open projects. DISCUSSION: Upon the voter approval of Measure M in 1990, the City of Seal Beach entered into a Master Funding Agreement with OCTA which sets the criteria for receiving, accounting, and expending Measure M funds. OCTA is requesting an amendment to update the approved project listing, Exhibit A, in the existing cooperative agreement. The projects listed have been previously approved by City Council during the application process. The revised exhibit updates the agreement to coincide with previously approved projects. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that City Council adopt Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-95-991. NOTED AND APPROVED . en G. . : m, Director Keith R.
