STAFF REPORT
To: Mayor and Members of the City Council
Attention: Keith R. Till, City Manager
From: Stephen G. Badum, Director of Public Works/City Engineer
Subject: OCTA MASTER FUNDING AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT No. 2, C95-991
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The proposed action will amend the original Master Funding Agreement with the Orange
County Transportation Authority (OCTA)to replace Exhibit A with a revised list of open
projects.
DISCUSSION:
Upon the voter approval of Measure M in 1990, the City of Seal Beach entered into a
Master Funding Agreement with OCTA which sets the criteria for receiving, accounting,
and expending Measure M funds. OCTA is requesting an amendment to update the
approved project listing, Exhibit A, in the existing cooperative agreement. The projects
listed have been previously approved by City Council during the application process. The
revised exhibit updates the agreement to coincide with previously approved projects.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that City Council adopt Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Agreement
No. C-95-991.
