Under the terms of the existing agreement dated December 31, 1995 and later extended in 1997 and 1998, the Luraschi's donated the Krenwinkle House to the City of Seal Beach. It has been the understanding of the parties that the Krenwinkle House would be relocated to the Hellman property. Mr. Bartlett would like to relocate the Krenwinkle House to 310 7th Street. Thus, Mr. Bartlett would like the fee title to the Krenwinkle House to be transferred from the City to the owner of 310 7th Street. In addition, there are other business points suggested by Mr. Bartlett and attached hereto is a faxed receipt from Mr. Bartlett. RECOMMENDATION: Direct the City attorney to prepare an agreement transferring ownership of the Krenwinkle House to the owner of 310 7th Street. Agenda Item /1 b-I b-I`JJy 1 I :U4AM F-KUM UAV .
