Item B: * Check No 13724 Richards Watson & Gershon 224404 - Adv Bay City Partners $5,184.34 224405 - Acq of City Property $3,401.71 Could the City expand on what these two items were? The Bay City Partners item is for time spent negotiating lease changes and drafting the lease amendments (1st Street restaurant). The Acquisition of City Property item is related to OCTA's intention to acquire City property for the 1-405 project through eminent domain. Staff responses to the questions below will require more staff time to review/discuss, and I will follow-up with each of you directly. * For the telecommunications, as part of our IT strategy/new phone system, can we add to the scope consolidating or get a reduced group rate where we review Frontier, DirectTV, MCI, and other telecommunication bills? * Are vendors like telecommunications companies mentioned above, Office Team included in the requirement to have council approval based on going over the amount after a certain amount of time? Could we get clarity on the Office Team totals and the telecommunications bills in regards to this? * Are there plans to implement software to better manage ongoing contracts where we could see upcoming expiring contracts and provide better visibility? Sincerely, Tom Thomas Moore Council Member, District 2 City of Seal Beach - 211 Eighth Street, Seal Beach, CA 90740 (562) 431-2527 x1502 Civility Principles: 1. Treat everyone courteously; 2.
