Check number 13959 for $26,609.54 is the City shared cost for the loan with West Orange County Water Board regarding relocation of a water transmission main as part of the 405 improvement project. The annual City shared cost loan payments were approved previously by the City Council and the West Orange County Water Board. Also, can Craig review and respond to the concerns about ambiguity in the updated 1st street agreement? Craig Steele agendized a closed session item tonight to provide the opportunity for final Council questions and direction, so this particular request can be addressed during the closed session discussion tonight. Thankyou! l•Tii
