Subject:City budget and other questions
To City Council, why are there always questions on what the City Manager is doing. Do the taxpayers have to suffer all
the problems that are created here by the City Manager?
A pay raise over what is required? What about the in-lieu-parking money paid for Leisure World bus? Those businesses
who pay that fee need that money now to restart their business.
Who owns the 4 lots on Marina Drive next to the new homes? Is that the vacation rental property that the City owns? If
so, why not a small hotel for City Bed Tax.
There is a rumor that Walt's must be a restaurant soon or the City can rezone the corner lot?
Does the City have the money from the insurance company for a restaurant on the pier?
How much money has the City lost from closed pier restaurant and Rivers Inn restaurant?
Why was a Seal Beach car and Seal Beach cop at the Newport Beach protest? Did taxpayers pay for that trip down there
to help?
There was a break in at AT&T and they stole all the phones that was out on counters.
