What is this for?
Monthly contract service charge for citywide printers/copies.
Check # 15932 Avalon Bay $ 13,842.27
Refund Check
What is this refund for?
Refund on water billing overpayment.
There are three checks for Grading Bond refunds (15879, 15891, 15898).
What is a grading bond?
It’s basically a security deposit to ensure the applicant (property
owner/contractor) completes the “grading” work per required City
regulations.
