NOW, THEREFORE.BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach as follows: That the work required to be performed by said contractor has been completed. That the total cost of said work is the amount of $92,952.59, contract final report, Exhibit "B". That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
