Kelly Subject:Public Hearing Comments on Beach House Expansion CUP Dear Commissioners, I think there may be conflicting language between the staff report and the proposed CUP amendment regarding whether the proposed additional square footage will result in additional occupancy. The staff report indicates that it will. In the Analysis section, the beginning of the 3rd paragraph refers to "The proposed occupancy increase" and proceeds to analyze the parking implications of this. However, in Section 5 of the Resolution, condition 12 states that the maximum occupancy will be 151 as specified in building plans from 11/10/18.
