A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS AND
SPECIFICA~IONS FOR PROJECT #621 - ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
AT NORTH SEAL BEACH COMMUNITY CENTER IN ACCORDANCE
WITH A CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN DIVERSIFIED
ASBESTOS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY, INC., AND THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH
RECORDING REQUESTED PURSUANT TO
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, on December 26, 1990, the City of Seal Beach entered
into a contract with Diversified Asbestos Technology
Company, Inc., to perform asbestos abatement at the
North Seal Beach Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his approval of the
final quantities and cost figures.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach as follows:
Section 1.
That the work required to the performed by said
contractor has been completed.
Section 2.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount
of $l2,48~.

Section 3.
That the wor~ is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 4.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of
Acceptance", Exhibit "AU, be filed on behalf of
the City in the Office of the County of Orange
within 10 days of the date of this resolution.
