BCC: CITY COUNCIL
Please see responses to Councilman Moore's questions below regarding tonight's agenda. Also, given the number of
agenda items on the Consent Calendar, I would appreciate it if you would please let me know as soon as possible if you
plan to pull any Consent Calendar items from the agenda to ensure staff and the City Clerk are prepared for a Zoom
presentation and there are hopefully no technical challenges on Zoom tonight.
Thank you,
Jill

I have a few warrant questions:
2
ITEM B:
Check No: 17407 Check Date: 10/29/2020
Vendor BUS08 BUSINESS CARD
Should this category be broken up in the accounting so “Computer Supplies” goes under a COMPUTER or IT category?
This is a City issued credit card and authorized charges were made per approved budget. These items were for small
technology/office support items such as mouse devices, keyboards, cords, etc. These items are often charged to each
departmental budget rather than the IT budget. In the warrant listing and in Springbrook, the expenditures were broken
down and coded to the correct category/accounts.

Check: 17420
Vendor: COL37 Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatle
What is this for?
This is for attorney services related to a particular case for which the Council authorized litigation participation (Utility
Users Tax Coalition).
Thank you,
‐Tom
