MINOR USE PERMIT 20-9: PROPOSAL • Retaining wall up to 12 feet in height with 6' garden wall. • Length at max. height approximately 45 feet with taper at each end. • RLD-9 allow retaining walls greater than 30" with no height limit. • All other development standards met.
