Recommendations to be incorporated into project design. • The City has determined that this project would not result in significant environmental impacts with the incorporation of mitigation measures ANALYSIS — ENVIRONMENTAL s a m a w • EQCB reviewed the MND during its March 24, 2021 meeting and recommended PC approval without any changes • The 30 -day public review period from February 26, 2021 and concluded on March 29, 2021 • No public comments have been received prior to tonight's PC meeting. RECOMMENDED ACTION Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt attached resolution No. 21-6 adopting Mitigated Negative Declaration and approving Conditional Use Permit 20-4 to allow the installation of a new hydrogen fuel dispensing facility at an existing gas station and convenience store at 13980 Seal Beach Boulevard
