Seal Beach used it to provide for additional Small Business Grants MMMUNITY MVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS C G --CV ABPA Funds — US Dept of Treasury I ■ $6.3 million currently allocated to Seal Beach ■ 50% received in July 2021, remainder expected in July 2022 ■Allowable expenses include: ■ Responding to the Public Health Emergency/Negative Economic Impacts ■ Revenue Losses ■ Investments in water, sewer and broadband projects (roads, public facilities) • Premium pay for workers ■Guidelines are being revised regularly with the most recent revision dated 7/19/21. We expect more revisions in the future recommendation has been made on how to spend se funds. F,4 FEMA Mutual Aid — County of Orange I ■ No limit on the reimbursement amount ■ Now reimburses 100% of eligible costs ■ Eligible costs ■Payroll related costs for employees who worked at vaccination sites throughout the County. ■Agreement will be coming to City Council in September for approval MMMUNITY MVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS C G --CV Senior Mobility Program — OCTA I ■ Reimbursable up to our contract limit of $72,000 ■Reimburses transportation -related costs for the Senior Meals Program including staff time for delivery and use of City vehicles.
