Will the existing concrete block wall be moved? 2 .Will this hot tub/spa built in or above ground? 3. Does the owner intend on putting a fence around it for privacy/safety reasons? 4. How close will the power/water lines for the hot tub/spa be to the city and community utilities? Could water leaking from the hot tub/spa or power issues with the hot tub/ spa impact the existing public infrastructure? My main concerns are: 1. Noise Motors to keep the water hot can be loud and run at any time of the day or night. When the hot tub/spa is in use the jets are noisy, People talking in the hot tub can be loud, I don't want to be woken at 3am to people in the hot tub/spa! 2. Visibility/Safety This property sits at the intersection of Marina Dr. and 1st Street. Motorists are sometimes confused at this intersection for some reason, often they do not yield to pedestrians. We need to make sure that the corner is kept clear so cars can see people and people can see cars. 3. Potential impact to city/community property if hot tub/spa fails and causes damage. Thank you, Lynne Kreuz 1
