A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN IMPARTIAL ANALYSIS
WHEREAS,
a Special Municipal Election is to be held on the 4th day of
November, 1986, at which there will be submitted to the
qualified electors of the City the following proposition:

PROPOSITION
OCsnaTT the City of Seal Beach be authorized
to incur general obligation bonded indebted-
ness in the principal amount of $ YES
for the purpose of obtaining funds to acquire
all or a portion of the Zoeter School Site
in the City of Seal Beach for open space, NO
park and recreation, child care, and
cultural and community affairs uses?"
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council directs the City Clerk to transmit a
copy of said measure to the City Attorney, and the City
Attorney shall prepare an impartial analysis of the measure
showing the effect of the measure on the existing law and
operation of the measure. The impartial analysis shall be
filed by the date set by the City Clerk for the filing of
primary arguments. .
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of I
original resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of
the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the pro-
ceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of
the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
