effects identified in the EIR:
I
A. The EIR identifies the impact on land use and zoning

have been required in, or incorporated into the project which avoid
or substantially lessen this effect as any project must be developed
in accordance with the regulations and procedures of the of the

has been included in the project; and the design of the northeast

through the parking lot to the 7th Street connector or the office
complex; and the westbound interior street will be striped such
that left-turning vehicles into the office complex do not impede
through traffic; and interior street drivewawys are required to
be spaced so that adequate left-turn pocket space is available
