I note the alley replacement plans reported in the Seal Beach Sun, August 30, 2001, copy attached. I am writing to inquire how I can get in line to have replacement of the alley (and street) adjoining or near my property. The alley pavement running from near 11t' Street and extending to 10 Street, located parallel to and midway between Ocean Avenue and the boardwalk (as well as 12'", 13' and 10 streets running from Ocean Avenue to the boardwalk) are seriously broken up and degraded. This condition has now existed for many years. I would appreciate information on this subject at your convenience. Thank you and best regards. Very truly yours, i epl.
