Home My WebLink AboutCC Res 3257 1983-03-28 I RESOLUTION NUMBER ~~~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, TERMINATING A LOCAL EMERGENCY AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 3244. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, the existence of a local emergency was proclaimed by the Director of Emergency Services on the 27th day of January, 1983; and said local emergency was confirmed by the City Council on the 31st day of January, 1983 by Resolution Number 3244; and it is hereby determined that the existence of the local emergency no longer exists. WHEREAS , WHEREAS, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby terminate the declaration of local emergency and rescind Resolution Number 3244.
