RESOLUTION NO. .3/69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, INFORMING THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAtl
ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE STATUS OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby resolve:
WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach has a Master Plan of Arterial Highways;
and
WHEREAS, the Arterial Highway Financing Program requires annual requali-
fication of participating cities in said program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach as follows:
The Arterial Highway Financing Program Advisory Committee be, and here is,
informed that:
1. The City of Seal Beach's Master Plan of Arterial Highways
is in conformance with the County of Orange Master Plan of
Arterial Highways, and
2. The City of Seal Beach has adopted Zoning Ordinance No. 948,
as amended, requiring setback to protect ultimate arterial
highway right-of-way, and
3. The City of Seal Beach has adopted Subdivision Ordinance No. 1083,
as amended, which provides for limitation of access to the arter-
ial highway system.
