RESOLUTION NO. .3/98
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NUMBER 80-1003
"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Tentative Parcel Map No. 80-1003 was duly filed by Ronald
and Nancy Kredell, 1615 Seal Way, Seal Beach, California, and
approved by the City Council on October 28, 1980 by Resolution
Number 3018; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 18, Block D, Tract 1009, and
is more commonly known as 1001 Seal Way; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert an existing fourplex into a four-
unit condominium; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported that the Final Map is substantially
in conformance with the approved Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, the Final Map is in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act
and all City ordinances; and
WHEREAS, no public improvements were required for the approval of the
Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, all required survey monumentation is completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Seal Beach finds Final
Parcel Map #80-1003 to be substantially in conformance with
Tentative Parcel Map #80-1003 as approved by the City Council
on October 28, 1980; and
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does approve
Final Parcel Map #80-1003 and authorizes the City Clerk and
City Engineer to certify the map on behalf of the City.
