AND THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HERE8Y RESOLVE: WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 1982, the City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with Cote Mark, Inc. to install pavement markers at various locations within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his approval of the final quantities and cost figures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach as follows: Section 1. That the work required to be performed by said contractor has been completed. Section 2. That the total cost of said work is in the amount of #12,204.00, contract final report attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 3. That the work is hereby accepted and approved. Section 4. It is further ordered that a "Notice of Acceptance", attached hereto as Exhibit "B" be filed on behalf of the City in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange within ten (10) days from the date of this resolution.
