B.:l.:lQ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 510, PHASE I, SEAL BEACH BOULEVARD OVERLAY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CONTRACT ENTERED INTO 8ETWEEN R. J. NOBLE CO. AND THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby resolve: WHEREAS, on the 20th day of August, 1982, the City of Seal 8each entered into a contract with R. J. Noble Company to reconstruct and over- lay a portion of Seal Beach Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his approval of the final quantities and cost figures: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach as follows: . Section 1. That the work required to be performed by said contractor has been completed. Section 2. That the total cost of said work is in the amount of $88,OB3.70. Section 3. That the work is hereby accepted and approved. Section 4. It is further ordered that a "Notice of Acceptance" be filed on behalf of the City in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange within ten days of the date of this resolution.
