District 1 - Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 1555 repealing

Agreement Between the City of Seal Beach and the Cities of Cypress and
Corona for Use of their Firearm Ranges . Adopt Resolution No. 5530
authorizing the City Manager or the Police Chief to enter into agreements with
Cities of Cypress and Corona to allow the Seal Beach Police Department to use
their firearm ranges.

Staff recommends adoption of Interim Ordinance No. 1557-U extending
Interim Ordinance No. 1556-U prohibiting marijuana dispensaries in any zoning
district within the City.
