After conducting the public hearing and receiving public testimony, staff
recommends that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 23-08,
APPROVING Conditional Use Permit 19-7 and Variance 22-1 with Conditions, and
RECOMMENDING to the City Council the adoption of the Negative Declaration and
approval of Zone Change 19-1 and General Plan Amendment 19-1

Request: For a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 23-3) to allow the operation of a
8,100 square foot medical/dermatology clinic located in the Service Commerci
(SC) zoning area. 1i
Recommendation:
After conducting the Public Hearing, staff recommends that the Planning
Commission adopt Resolution No. 23-12, APPROVING Conditional Use Permit 23-
3 with Conditions and finding the project EXEMPT from the California
Environmental Quality Act.
