Approve Resolution 7462 amending the General Plan to change the land
use category of 328 13th Street from Residential High Density to
General Commercial
Introduce, waive full reading, and read by title only Ordinance 1707 an
Ordinance changing the zone of 328 13th Street from RHD-20 to GC
and changing the zone of 324th 13th Street from RHD-20 to RHD-33.
Adopt the Negative Declaration pursuant to CEQA based upon finding
that there is no substantial evidence that the general plan amendment and
zone change will result in significant adverse environmental impacts.
