2.City’s short-term rental program not applicable to subject property
– not located in a residential zone.
3.CUP seeks to allow hotel/motel uses similar to short term rental of
Single-Family Residences.
4.Conditions included in Reso similar to STR’s to minimize any
potential impacts.
5.Parking: 1 Space per unit. 4 off-street parking spaces provided.
6.CUP to modify use only – no changes to the structure itself.
7.Commission may impose reasonable conditions necessary for
preservation.
