Cities in the San Gabriel River Watershed Alhambra, Altadena, Anaheim, Arcadia, Artesia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bellflower, Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights, Brea, Buena Park, Cerritos, City of Industry, Covina, Cypress, Diamond Bar, Downey, Duarte, El Monte, Fullerton, Glendora, Hacienda Heights, Hawaiian Gardens, Irwindale, La Habra, La Mirada, La Puente, La Verne, Lakewood, Long Beach, Los Alamitos, Midway City, Monrovia, Montebello, Naples, Pico Rivera, Placentia, Rosemead, Rossmoor, Rowland Heights, San Dimas, San Gabriel, San Marino, Santa Fe Springs, Seal Beach, Sierra Madre, South El Monte, Stanton, Temple City, Walnut, West Covina, Westminster, and Whittier. Since 1999, our volunteers have collected over 546 TONS of trash. 546 Tons of Trash = 91 Elephants 275 Cars More than 147,000 people have contributed over 441,000 volunteer hours to help keep our beach and river clean. 441,000 volunteer hours = 18,375 Days 50.34 Years Over 5 Decades That’s over $4,410,000 of in-kind labor helping to keep our beaches and river clean.
