RECOMMENDED ACTION
•Introduce, waive full reading, and read by title only,
Ordinance 1715, amending portions of Title 11 of the
Seal Beach Municipal Code pertaining to accessory
dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units, and
finding the proposed Ordinance exempt from CEQA.
