AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO THE INTERIOR SIDE SETBACK REQUIREMENT FOR REVERSE CORNER LOTS LOCATED IN PLANNING DISTRICT I (OLD TOWN) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 28-701(2)(c) yard dimensions (minimums): yard not abutting street or alley: Side: District I of Article 7 of Chapter 28, the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California, is hereby amended to add the following exception pertaining to reverse corner lots. Section 28-701. General Provisions, Lot Size, Open Space, Bulk and Yards. (2) Provisions varying in district: District I Yard not abutting street or alley: Side 10% lot width;* 3 ft. mi nimum, *Exception: Reverse corner lots 3 ft. minimum Section 2: Section 28-801(2) yard dimensions (minimums): side yard not abutting street or alley - District I of Article 8, Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California, is hereby amended to add the following exception pertaining to reverse corner lots. Section 28-801. General Provisions, Lot Size, Open Space, Bulk and Yards. (2) Yard Dimensions: (minimums) Side yard not abutting street or alley - District 1..................................10% lot width* ........................3 ft. min., 10 ft. max., required *Exception: Reverse Corner lots 3 ft. minimum Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law and the same shall take effect as provided by law.
