Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1218 1986-03-24 ORDINANCE NO. /c:2/ ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO ENTERTAINMENT CAFES AND AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I Section 1, Section 28-1300(6)(i) of Article 13 of Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California is hereby amended to read: (i) Entertainment Cafes. Any entertainment cafe lawfully existing on L{ - Z", - $-(" , 1986, for which a Conditional Use Permit has not been granted, shall obtain such a permit within two years thereafter. The failure of such entertainment cafe to obtain a conditional use permit within such period of time shall render such cafe a non-conforming use which shall be terminated and abated immediately. Section 2.
