J2'~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE I THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. 13 of the Code hereby amended Section 28-1300(6)(a) of Chapter 28, Article of the City of Seal Beach, California is to read: (a) On-sale and off-sale liquor establishments. Any such establishments which qualify for temporary on-sale or off-sale licenses under the provisions of California Business and Professions Code Sections 24045.1, 24045.2, 24045.3, 24045.4, 24045.6, 24045.7, 24045.8, and 24045.9, as may be amended, shall be exempt from this requirement for a conditional n.. permit. ~.
