L.,(!OZ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO CABLE COMMUNICATIONS REGULATION AND AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 23A-6(3)(a)(1) of Chapter 23A of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California is hereby amended to read: (1) Except as otherwise provided by the franchise agreement, a fully-audited and certified financial report for the previous calendar year, including gross revenues from all sources, gross subscriber revenues from each category of service, net income and end-of-year balance sheet.
