Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1184 1985-05-28 Ordinance Number I/~~ ORDINANCE NUMBER /I't?~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO ANIMAL CONTROL FEES AND AMENDING THE SEAL BEACH CITY CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, Section 3-10.14B l.a. of Article III, Chapter 3 of the Seal Beach City Code is amended to read as follows: B. For Animals Impounded at any City of Seal Beach Animal Shelter: I 1. Im~ound of small animals _cats, dogs, etc): a. Impound Fee b, Daily care and feed (minimum of one day charge) $25.00 $3.50 2. a. Impound Fee b. Daily care and feed (minimum of one day charge) $25.00 $3.50 Animals that are impounded more than once within a twelve (12) month period will be charged above fees plus fifty percent (50%) of prior impounding charges.
