Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1195 1985-08-12 I I I ORDINANCE NO. ~~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO CERTAIN ZONING APPEAL PROCEDURES AND AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Article 25 of Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California is hereby amended. by repealing Section 28-2512 and renumbering Sections 28-2513 and 28-2514 as Sections 28-2512 and 28-2513, respectively. Section 2. Section 28-2512 of Article 25 of Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California is hereby amended to read: Sec. 28-2512. City council to announce findinqs and decision by resolution or minute order.
