Amendment No.3 to the Franchise Agreement between the City of Seal Beach and Group W Cable, Incorporated, attached hereto as Exhibit A, extending the provision for construction of a color studio facility until October 1, 1984 is hereby approved. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same 'to be published as required by law and the same shall take effect as provided by law. AND GROUP W CABLE INCORPORATED I, This Amendment No. 3 to the Franchise Agreement between the City of Seal beach. California and Group W Cable, Incorporated is made this day of . 1984, by and between the City of Seal Beach. a Municipal Corporation. hereinafter referred to as the "CITY" or "GRANTOR" and Group W Cable, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as "GROUP W" or "GRANTEE". WHEREAS, the City and Grantee executed the Franchise Agreement on March 8, 1982; and WHEREAS. Section 4.A. System Construction requires the construction of a full color studio; and WHEREAS, the City of Seal beach adopted Ordinance Number 1156 on September 12. 1983 approving Amendment No. 2 to the Franchise Agreement extending the requirement for a color studio until June 1, 1984; and WHEREAS. the City and Group Ware working towards locating that color studio in the building known as the Old City Hall; and WHEREAS. plans for remodeling of the Old City Hall call for completion by October 1. 1984. NOW, THEREFORE. the parties do hereby agree as follows: Sect ion 1. I The City agrees to extend the construction completion requirement for the installation of a color studio until.October 1, 1984. section 2.
