Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1165 1984-06-25 I ORDINANCE NUMBER ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE X, CASH BASIS WORKING CAPITAL FUND, OF THE SEAL BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 2, Article X, Section 2-72 is amended to read as follows: Sec. 2-72 - Money to Be Maintained in Fund. The year end balance of the Cash Basis Fund shall be maintained at $1,000.000. All monies in excess of the $1,000,000, both principal and interest, shall accrue to the General Operating Fund. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law and the same shall take effect as provided by law.
