THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 3, Article III, Section 3 - 10.14 A.3 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California is hereby amended to read as follows: 3) Daily Care and Feed (Minimum of One-Day Charge): I a. Large Animal (horse, cow, etc.) b. Medium Animal (pig, sheep, etc.) c. Dog or Cat $ 7.50 $ 5.00 $ 4.50 Section 2. Chapter 3, Article III, Section 3 - 10.14 A.4.d. of the Code of the City of Seal Beach. California is hereby amended to read as follows: 4) Veterinary Services: d. Medical or Surgical care. per treatment. performed by private veterinarian. flat rate. $30.00 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause same to be published as required by law.
